I first discovered my love for writing and stories when I was in grade school. My mom insisted that my siblings and I read for at least an hour almost every day in the summer. But you know what? I didn’t care! I loved reading and could get lost in a book. All. Day. Long.

I believe my love for reading translated into writing something I’d want to read as a kid — and as an adult who still loves kids’ books!
